To bee or not to be – all about wild bee specis extinction and flying insects dying | insect dying

d3

Welcome to the page www.bea-leaks.com. Are you interested in general and for the death and extinction of wild bees and flying insects? If we do not act immediately, all wild bees will be dead in only ten years and the honeybees in twenty years and than 30% of our food is not any longer available. Are you concerned about the reasons for it and would like to know to help somehow to do something about it? Then you are right on my side. I would like to stimulate thinking on policy actions, but also himself built or sowing flower habitats and bring out nesting boxes. Did you know that the bumblebee is a wild bee? Or that almost all wild bees are loner with high expectations to their habitat? Among other things, therefore, are more than half of about 560 species of wild bees in Germany on the Red List. Nearly 40 species are already extinct and another 100 species are threatened with extinction or classified as endangered. Main reason for the decline is the loss of habitat. There is a lack of nesting places and food. The ecological and economic importance of bees in total is evidenced by the following figures: In a recent study, the value of insect pollination alone for agriculture is estimated at an annual 153 billion euros worldwide. In Europe, the annual value of pollination is more than 14 billion euros. Not to quantify the value of the pollination of many wild plants. But what is also of the insectivorous birds? Will they starve soon? And the amphibians too? Other causes are the modern farming with environmental toxins (pesticides and insecticides), destruction of habitat by agriculture and global warming. Even invasive ant species are talking. And some time ago it was discussed if the electromagnetic waves from mobile phone towers could be a problem for bees too- I have read an article in connection about animal behaviour for earthquakes which shows that electromagnetic waves influence the orientation from bees and destroy them by loosing their sense for orientation and some other scientists still believe until today that the bee dying is also caused from the electromagnetiv waves. But in the most cases you will get the information that there is no problem. In Germany now there is a new research result from scientists which is saying that the electromagnetic waves from the mobile phones are really the main reason for bee dying!!! – here is the weblink im German to the article:

Bienensterben und Mobilfunk

In English here is a nearly similar report for the radiation from cell phones and the influence on bee dying:

http://edition.cnn.com/2010/WORLD/europe/06/30/bee.decline.mobile.phones/

Here are some of the other articles who do not believe that the radiation of mobile phones are one reason for bee dying:

Electromagnetic radiation and bees again

Carreck 2009 BBKA News losses

And some think, not only waves from the mobile phone, but also from the military could be dangereous for the bees:

http://www.newmediaexplorer.org/sepp/2007/03/06/millions_of_bees_die_are_electromagnetic_signals_to_blame.htm

My hypothesis: all scientist have partiell right: only the combination of radiation from the mobile phones and from the military ( VLF-waves) together are harmful.

Some scientist says that there had been already big areas of bee dying many centuries ago and at that time did not exist cellphones, but may be that had had other reasons, may be radiation from the space??? I was successfull in getting data about old cosmic radiation data and the peaks were not the same as years centuries and longer ago with big bee dying in the USA, but  I am still in discussion with international scientists. On the other hand a russian scientist wrote me, that he do not believe in the main reason pesticides because in big areas in Russia where no pesticides were used the bees are dying by the same way….

I thought about if geomagnetic storms has an influence on radiation from cell phones and could be one reason more for bee dying, but the scientist which I asked do not believe that there is changing from the radiation during a geomagnetic storm, but may be on UV light, they are not quite sure what all could happen during a geomagnetic storm. I read one articel that flies are dying beneath a little bit higher UV light- may be local UV light is a reason for bee dying too if the sky has a hole in the protection shield???If you type mine ozon hole at Google you can read that there exist really for short moments of 2-3 years on and off a year where at some places on the earth is more harmful UV light because of this short mini ozon holes. This could be one reason for local and temporary bee dying, but not an explanation for every year and same location.

There exist already a first research to infrared and bees:

And there exist  research too about the very little parts of nano particles in the enviroment if they influence the bees:

http://www.imedpub.com/articles/effects-of-metal-and-metal-oxide-nanoparticles-on-honey-bees-apis-millefera-l.pdf

Here is a report from the european houses of parliament about bee dying:

http://www.efsa.europa.eu/sites/default/files/scientific_output/files/main_documents/154r.pdf

I sent last summer to the european houses of parliament a petition in which I suggested to create a new law that all bigger cementeries are bount to invest a flower biotope for wild bees, as a big cementery in the German city Hamburg did it already. I got now a  response but only that the countries had to decide this and not the european parliament . Please think about own activities- in your surrounding to create flower biotopes – and if only in your balcony box with a seedmix for bees and butterflies which is easy and cheap to buy every where. And here a very good webpage about wild bee dying and flying insect dying and starving birds and amphibians:

http://www.vegsource.com/news/2011/01/to-bee-or-not-to-be-insects-amphibians-and-birds-dying-off.html

Really, the amphibians are not only dying because of starving- they suffer beyond the active substances from baby birth control pills which you could find in many seas and the enviroment in the whole world- may be, it is already in the plants and also one reason for bee dying too- have a look here:

http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/etc.3339/full

Please, think now again about own activities and share your ideas and actions on this webpage with other people- for a better worldwide coordination and actions against this natural desaster. I will try to help to come together with your ideas and activities. May be you start an own petition on change.org op avaaz.org!! Or write to the houses of parliament of your own country! Please, think about alternatives to pesticides – here you can read about it:

http://www.pesticide.org/

And here a discussion from scientists about it.

Further on some scientist try now to devleop new biopesticedes which helps against bee dying:

http://ec.europa.eu/environment/integration/research/newsalert/pdf/new_biopesticide_shows_minimal_toxicity_honeybees_393na1_en.pdf

In Germany there is the first discussion to forbid pesticides in nature reserves. If you like – please have a look at my German Webpage too-www.beeleaks.eu– there you could read theGerman answers from the houses of parliaments. And please, try to understand the scientist- here is one publication which you perhaps should read: about tests about a phytosanitary product

Here the book to my wepage – print edition:
